In recent years, Amsterdam has experienced significant growth, both in tourism and the development of new concepts. As the sector continues to evolve, staying competitive requires the introduction and maintenance of innovative concepts. In this project, the integration of social activities with design, food, beverages, and events resulted in a unique, one-of-a-kind concept. As such, it was crucial to gain a clear understanding of how these diverse offerings align to create a cohesive market position.
Mes & Lepel Advisory Approach: In this study, a comprehensive food and beverage strategy was developed to align with the overall appeal of the concept. By defining a clear customer profile, analyzing the organization's capabilities, and considering the latest food trends, a tailored food and beverage proposal was created.
Project status: The client has implemented the recommendations, recognising a boost in productivity and food and beverage sales.
